We strive to accurately represent our handmade jewelry through descriptions and photographs. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade items and are not considered defects.
3.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Custom Orders
Custom jewelry orders require detailed communication and may take additional time to complete. Once a custom order has been started, modifications may not be possible, and cancellation policies will apply.
4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping unless insurance was purchased. Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
6.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has begun. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
8. Care and Maintenance
Jewelry care instructions are provided with each purchase. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, wear, or storage.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, descriptions, and content on our website are the property of Paradise Pink Inc and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Paradise Pink Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
