Refund policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns will only be accepted for items that are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

To request a return, please email us at returns@paradisepinkinc.com with your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions listed above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

If the item you received is defective or was shipped to you in error, please contact us at support@paradisepinkinc.com and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any items that have been altered or customized at the request of the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
